planned
Finish the thing. Feed the den.
A school and life planner for Mac. One next thing, a calendar that stays out of the way, and a hoard that makes chores feel like loot.
No Planned account. The Mac zip is unsigned, so everything stays on that Mac. An iPhone version isn’t public, and may never be.

What it is
A planner that rewards finishing instead of nagging about deadlines.
Pocket, don’t check off
Done work goes in the hoard. Warmth, ranks, and trinkets, never a punishment for being late.
Overview, then the map
One next thing on Overview. The calendar is the full picture when you want it; colors are categories, not clutter.
No login
There is no Planned account. The Mac app keeps your planner on that Mac, and nobody else can see it.
Get it
A Mac app. Download, unzip, open.
Mac: download the zip, unzip, and move Planned to Applications.
macOS will say the app can’t be opened the first time. Control-click Planned → Open → Open. After that it launches normally.
iPhone: not public. It may come later, or not at all.
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
macOS says the app can’t be opened. How do I run it?
Does it sync between iPhone and Mac?
If two people install it, do they share one planner?
Is there a subscription?
What happens if I’m late on an assignment?
Where does my data go?
Privacy
On your device, and in your own iCloud. Nowhere else.
Planned stores your planner on the device. The signed iPhone build also keeps a private copy in iCloud (CloudKit) tied to the Apple ID signed into that device. That database is not shared with other Apple IDs and is not on a server I run.
There is no Planned account, no analytics SDK, no ads, and no sale of personal data. The Mac zip on this site is unsigned and stays local to that Mac.
